Are You Developing a Beer Belly?

Beer is a ready source of calories, so is seen as the major culprit, but any food that is refined, or high in sugar and fat will do the same thing over time.

My beer belly is hard. Is that significant?

As it builds up it pushes the abdomen outwards creating the typical shape of a beer belly. The hardness is because the abdomen wall is muscular and therefore hard, and that’s what you can feel.
What can I do about it?
There is no magic bullet, sadly. The advice is something you almost certainly already know: eat a balanced diet and get more exercise (and drink less beer).
